If you are renting out your property in Turkey to either long term or short term lets you can rent through an agent or private.
An agent will typically charge a 1 month rental fee. For example, if you rent your property for 1000tl per month an agent will charge you a 1000tl rental fee.

You will need a contract stating your terms of rental. Make sure the appropriate deposit has been made before you hand over the keys to your property.

If you are renting your property to holiday makers, typically you will charge a fee to keep the property available (normally 40% will suffice) then the remaining balance 3-4 weeks before they arrive. It is advisable to have a maximum electric usage policy with any 'over limits' being paid by them. A deposit to cover any damage is also advised.
